Vijay Antony, a Tamil actor, singer, producer, and director, most recently starred in Leo John Paul's crime thriller Maargan. Critics and viewers had differing opinions about the movie, which debuted in theatres on June 27, 2025.
Maargan is currently preparing for its digital release following the conclusion of its four-week theatrical run. On July 25, 2025, the movie will be available for streaming in Telugu and Tamil on the over-the-top service Amazon Prime Video.
At the Telugu press conference for his next movie, Bhadrakali, which opens in theatres on September 5, 2025, Vijay Antony himself made the OTT announcement.
It will be interesting to watch if Maargan connects with domestic audiences. Ajay Dhishan, Samuthirakani, Brigida, Deepshikha, Mahanathi Shankar, and others play important parts in the movie. The soundtrack for the movie was also written by Vijay Antony.
